Thomas WeltherThomas Welther is a seasoned foreign/second language educator who has taught ESL, English and German at numerous institutions since 1985, including Texas Southmost College, the University of Texas at Brownsville, Iowa State University, Clinton Community College (Iowa), Universität Bayreuth (Germany), US Army (Germany), and the University of Maryland (European Division). Charles GarciaCharles Garcia is an ESOL instructor for the Division of College Preparatory Studies. He has twenty-two years of experience teaching English as a Second Language. He has a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in English as a Second Language from the University of Texas at Brownsville and Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Spanish from Texas A&M University-College Station.
