OVERVIEW

Due to severe weather, the Office of Information Technology is recommending that a backup of your critical data be completed.

Please follow the “how-to” below to back up your critical data. Due to space limitations on the shared drive only back up your critical data.

  1. Navigate to your “home drive” and create a new folder named “Data Backup”
    • Start menu → Computer → H: drive → Right Click → New → Folder
  2. Copy and paste data from the following directories to the newly created “Data Backup” folder in your Home drive.
    • Documents
    • Desktop
    • Include work-related files located in other directories
