TSC Criminal Justice Institute graduates fourth Police Academy class
The Texas Southmost College Criminal Justice Institute’s 2015 “A” Police Academy Cadets are seated on stage at the TSC Arts Center during the graduation ceremony held on Oct. 3, 2015 at Brownsville, Texas.
