IT Help Desk

The Texas Southmost College IT Help Desk provides technical assistance to TSC students, faculty, and staff by use of effective service delivery and technical expertise. We strive to provide an information technology environment that supports both instructional and business objectives as well as one that encourages employees to achieve excellence in job performance.

The TSC Help Desk assists students having technical difficulties such as general login issues and Canvas functionality issues. TSC Faculty and Staff can contact the Help Desk for these kinds of issues as well as to submit a work order should they require assistance that is not immediately resolvable over the phone.
