Welcome to the Texas Southmost College Scholarships page! Information is provided here regarding scholarship opportunities and the application process.

Scholarships are a type of financial assistance that does not need to be repaid. These awards are based on various prerequisites. Some scholarships are merit-based, meaning students earn them by meeting or exceeding specific standards set by the scholarship donor. Merit scholarships might be awarded based on academic achievement or a combination of academics and a unique talent, trait, or interest. Other scholarships are based on financial necessity. A scholarship might cover the entire cost of tuition, or it might be a one-time award of a few hundred dollars.

Scholarships at Texas Southmost College are made available to students each semester through generous donations. These gifts are from corporations, businesses, community organizations, individual donors, and the TSC Foundation. Knowing their gifts can alleviate some of the financial burdens of higher education, donors make contributions to open doors to help students achieve their academic goals.

*To apply for a scholarship, students must complete an ApplyTexas application to Texas Southmost College.

Texas Southmost College utilizes the AwardSpring Scholarship Management platform for students who are currently registered and meet the criteria to apply for scholarship opportunities. Scholarship criteria vary. The online application will determine eligibility based on the responses provided.

Applicants are considered for all scholarships for which they are eligible; however, a student may only be awarded one TSC Foundation Scholarship. Applicants who are offered a scholarship will be contacted via their TSC email.
